In addition to the group classes as above you may order any amount of the individual lessons per week. For example one may take additional 2 classes during the week from Monday to Friday and 4 lessons on both Saturdays and Sundays with the private teacher to polish up language skills.

Each additional private lesson lasting one academic hour (45 minutes) costs Euro 9.

You may order as many individual lessons per day as you wish. Usually students prefer to have 4 lessons (45 minutes each) per day, during 5 days, for two, three or four weeks.

F. Tailor-made Russian or Ukrainian language courses for corporate clients

G. Programs for 1 Semester and 2 Semesters (one academic year)         Kyiv (Kiev)

1. Tuition:

1.1. One semester classes (half of academic year) - Euro 1 000.

1.2. Two semesters classes (one academic year) - Euro 2 000.

2. Student’s dormitory. With 1 or 2-semester programs you can order accommodation in the student’s dormitory, rooms shared by students, equipped with furniture - Euro 550 per year per student. Same price for 1 semester.

3. Insurances (Medical, Emergency) - Euro 150 per year per student + Insurance from illegal immigration - Euro 100. 

4. Issuing of the letter of invitation – Euro 80.

(the letter is sent after the complete prepayment of the student and signing the agreement with the University).

5. Transfer from the airport – Euro 40.

Additional facilities – library, reading halls, sport complex, audio cabinets, medical assistance, café.

Total budget for 1 year program with tuition and accommodation - Euro 2 920.

Total budget for 1 semester (0,5 year) program with tuition and accommodation - Euro 1 920.

H. TORFL

Depends on the amount of the students who would like to pass the examination on the particular date. Please enquire for quote on your needed dates.

I. Course for Expatriates              Kyiv (Kiev)

The course is designed for foreigners living in or planning to relocate to Kiev. Tuition in group:

6 lessons (45 minutes each) per week,

2 lessons x 3 days per week (or 3 lessons x 2 days per week),

4 weeks program (as a Minimum order),

24 academic hours total.

The cost - Euro 144 per student per 4 weeks.

J. On-line lessons            Worldwide

One private lesson (45 minutes, using Skype) costs Euro 8 per lesson.

Minimum ordered amount: at least 2 lessons and more per one-day session can be ordered.

Leisure

A. Excursions — Euro 30

2 hours by feet with the experienced English-speaking guide. Please see the list of the excursions on the page for ‘Excursions’. The price excludes additional expenses the student would have to pay, like tickets of entrance to different museums, galleries, etc.

Goings to the theatre, cinema, concerts, and sport events can be organized upon request.

B. Extracurricular Activities

Echo Eastern Europe offers exciting variety of after-school and weekend activities. Please see below brief descriptions and let us know if there any of interest for you.

Note: Reservation fee of Euro 30 is applied additionally to arrange those activities for the student for the period of their stay in Kiev.

Transportation

This price includes meeting the student in the airport or at the railway station by the School representative with a paper in hands with the name of the student and transfer to accommodation in an appropriate vehicle.

Airport transfer is strongly recommended since the airport is about 30 km from the City and the airport bus leaves approximately once an hour.

Payment

Our standard policy is that the complete amount should be paid in advance at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy

A. If you have done the complete prepayment in advance, but need to cancel the classes due to some serious personal reasons in 3 weeks before the start date of your course, we will refund the course fee minus the administration fee of Euro 50 and the expenses for sending you money back.

B. No refund of the paid amount is possible after the agreed start date of the classes.

C. Rescheduling or cancellations:

- Rescheduling or cancellation of one or several days of INDIVIDUAL LESSONS after the course had been started should be done by the student in at least 24 hours before start time of those lessons. Otherwise, the lessons are considered to be taken and their cost is not reimbursed. Classes cancelled 24 hours beforehand should be taken within 30 days after the cancellation date.

- No cancellation or reschedule of the GROUP CLASSES is possible.

D. There is no refund for one-year and one-semester programs after the payment has been completed.

E. We never cancel classes. The minimum number of students in group is two. Classes with less than two participants will be reduced from 4 lessons to 2 lessons.

Administration fee

If you would like to split the payments and not make a complete prepayment in one time, you may pay an administration fee of Euro 50 to do a preliminary reservation. In this case this fee is an extra charge to the prices above. The outstanding amount can be paid closer to the date of arrival.

If making a complete payment in advance, the administration fee of Euro 50 is not applied.

In case of ordering one-year or one-semester programs, the full amount should be prepaid in advance.
